Lori Senecal, the Global Chief Executive Officer, is expected to exit from her position by the end of 2017. Senecal rose to the helm of global chief executive officer of MDC Partners agency CP+B in 2015. By then, this position was new to the agency. Before becoming the chief executive officer, Senecal was the President and Chief Executive Officer of MDC Partners Network. As revealed on Ideamensch, the height of her position at CP+B was taking American Airlines in October 2015 from TM Advertising and two other agency teams which had interest in the business.
CP+B co-founder and chairman, Chuck Porter said that Lori had been the perfect person who has helped the company to become a global agency that has the flexibility and nimbleness of an entrepreneurial startup. Porter further says that together with Lori, they are developing the next generation leadership team. Henceforth, careful considerations and thoughtful decisions are being made concerning CP+B. According to GC Report, they are also expecting a smooth transition once Lori retires. Lori has been credited with making the agency smarter and effective while at the top position.
New generation leadership has already taken shape and has seen Dannielle Aldrich being promoted to the position of CP+B West president. Aldrich was one of the managing directors of CP+B Boulder.
