Alexandre Gama had a dream to be one of the top advertising executives in the world nearly 40 years ago. The problem? He had just graduated from Armando Alvares Penteado Foundation (FAAP) and was working as a lowly copywriter for Standard & Ogilvy. The great thing about talent and drive is that they always create opportunity. That opportunity didn’t come for another nine years, when Gama was recognized for his efforts and was hired on by DM9 as a Creative Director. After success at DM9, he became the CEO/COO and member of the Global Board at Young & Rubicam. He instantly became known as one of the best creative minds in the world and decided to open his own agency, aptly named Neogama, in 1999. Since then, Alexandre Gama has enjoyed worldwide success, a number of awards and recognitions for his creative mind.
