Cyrus Moghadam Life Experience Includes Building Water system In Dominican Republic


In July of 2017 Cyrus Moghadam accepted the position of Summer analyst with the commercial real estate investment firm Bridge33 Capital located in Seattle. His job with Bridge33 was working on underwriting prospective acquisitions for the company investment committee.

Mr. Moghadam used this opportunity to learn the basics of D.C.F. modeling as well as putting together pro-forma statements. He also worked with in-place valuation and summarized data so that it could be used to create effective demonstrations.


Some of Cyrus Moghadam’s other experience was gained from working as an intern for a company called Seniorly located in San Francisco. This company leverages high-tech solutions to help senior citizens find comfortable and affordable housing and/or living arrangements.

During his time at Stanford Cyrus Moghadam was a member of the University of Oxford Blues Mens Lacrosse team. He also participated in varsity men’s rowing, varsity football and varsity wrestling.

Cyrus Moghadam’s volunteer experience includes working with Amigos de las Americas (AMIGOS) in the Dominican Republic. There he worked on developing an aqueduct system that supplied a reliable source of water for 300 people. Read more at about Cyrus Moghadam.
